Cleaner Cones
The Perplas Lunds range of centrifugal cleaner cones & cyclones is manufactured in England to the highest standard of quality & accuracy, in accordance with ISO 9002, using precision moulds and computer controlled equipment for 
designing, blending, mixing, dispensing and injecting the
different compounds. For over 25 years our commitment to
the paper industry has been continuously demonstrated by
our on-going policy of material & product development.
Our cones & cyclones are produced in several unique polymer
 materials, each specifically formulated for maximum performance
in all demanding pulp & paper applications around the world.
As well as supplying directly to paper mills. Perplas Lunds
materials have been tried & tested by leading cleaner/cyclone
system manufacturers (OEMs), who now have their own
designs of cones & cleaners manufactured by Perplas Lunds.

Non-standard or special designs can be developed & produced to the precise requirement of individual customers. In our laboratories, a dynamic test facility enables us to evaluate the performance of every design and every material, by testing a cone to destruction, if required. |
